Birds of the Byway offers 54 miles of great viewing opportunities along the Paul Bunyan Scenic Byway. The spring and fall bird migrations are the best times to see a greater variety of species in good numbers. Some of the species that can be found along the Birds of the Byway include: Loons, Eagles, Osprey, Swans, (nesting) Waterfowl, Flycatchers, Tanagers, Thrushes, Hawks, Owls, Vireos and Warblers.
The best way to view the Birds of the Byway is with a guide who knows the area and its locations to the birds you want see or photograph. I am looking forward in guiding you to the Birds of the Byway. |
